2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated where needed.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account through the account deletion tools provided on our website or in the app where available.

3. Haya Features

Haya may provide features such as habit tracking, streaks, journaling, check-ins, AI-guided reflection, reminder content, shield tools, block lists, and digital wellbeing activities.

We may add, update, limit, or remove features as the product evolves. Some features may depend on device permissions, operating system support, third-party services, or network availability.

4. AI Guidance Disclaimer

Haya's AI features are intended for reflection, encouragement, and general support. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact circumstances.

• Do not rely on AI guidance as medical, mental health, religious, legal, or emergency advice.
• If you are in danger, experiencing a crisis, or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
• You remain responsible for decisions you make based on any content shown in Haya.

5. Shield and Blocking Limitations

Haya may include tools that help restrict access to selected websites, apps, or categories. These tools are designed to support self-control, but they are not guaranteed to block every unwanted destination or work in every situation.

• Protection can depend on Android VPN permissions, iOS Screen Time support, accessibility permissions, system settings, device restrictions, and network behavior.
• No blocking system is perfect, and you should not treat Haya as the only safety or accountability measure.
• You agree not to misuse shield or blocking tools to interfere with another person's device or lawful access.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Haya to break laws, harass others, reverse engineer the service, attack our systems, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical limits, abuse automated systems, or scrape the service without permission.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion using the tools provided by Haya. Deletion removes account-linked data according to our Privacy Policy and technical retention limits. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
